PMplus - Tenant Screen - Showing All, Late, Vacant or Expired Rentals

This report shows all the current tenant data for a list of rental ... Even prospective and past tenant data can be saved. The data above the line pertains to the owner and the tenants information is below the line. Extra charges for parking, late fees, etc can be entered here you can charge the names of these accounts. Any partial payments are shown and total owed by the tenant is calculated automatically based on the currnet Paid To Date. Additional information about the rental can be entered under "Unit Info" which opens a notepad file for the rental .... this file is unlimited in size so all kinds of data can be stored about each unit. Rents can be posted directly from this tenant screen with the "Post rent" button at the bottom of this tenant screen. The "Select" control at the bottom of the tenant screen allows the user to search through the tenants in Alphabetic order or the "Lookup" button can find a Tenant directly. All, Late, Expired or Vacant rentals can be selected. This report is part of the PMplus - Real Estate Property Management Software designed and supported by Realty Software.
